Elijah Romansky's Penne la vodka
Ingredients
- garlic, 3 cloves
- butter 2 oz
- vodka.75oz
- cream, 6 oz
- salt guess
- pepper guess
- parsley alot
- red sauce, just to turn the color to orange
- cheese, alot of romano
Method
mince the garlic and brown in butter. add vodka and burn off til it thickens again. cream should be heated and then added. add salt sparingly and alot of pepper and parsley. cook and stir cream until it becomes like thick bubbles/volcanoes. color the cream with red sauce until it turns orange, and then add romano and remove from heat
